How long they intend to hold on to my money and refuse point blank to supply the item is anyone’s guess. They are in flagrant breach of the Australian Consumer Law and NSW Fair Trading Act and are still listing the item for sale and in stock for 1-2 day delivery on their website. I am yet to receive a refund and am holding Dick Smith to their bargain - there are plenty of 3rd party suppliers of this item, which Dick Smith aka Kogan can easily source and supply to fulfil the order, which they are trying to weasel out of, now that they have been called out.
